<h2><span style="font-size: small;">The benefits of meditation for me involved profound inner change whenIi stepped into enlightenment. Once that door opened for me, well that has been it! No turning back...ever - something no-one ever told me.</span></h2>
<p>Enlightenment, for me, is unquestionably a strange thing, and naturally is many things to many people. When I entered into this state to become, I waited to the whiz bang fireworks to begin, hear the blaring trumpets plus the voice of God (I imagined could well be kind of booming and earth shattering!). I'm undecided what else I was expecting but what I experienced was obviously a deep a sense of stillness. The doorway opened, I stepped from the doorway, and the way I perceived life changed forever. The clarity with which I saw things in that moment almost blinded me - yet it turned out so gentle.</p>
<p>This didn't mean to express I ceased doing mundane things such as housework, cooking and cleaning. No - unfortunately that continued and will continue to this day and can in the future also. Nope, for me enlightenment meant that I just knew things and accepted; some possibly refer to this as 'Truth'.</p>
<p>I believe that Truth or Enlightenment is understanding absolutely everything about everything at the very same time without pinpointing one solitary thing.</p>
<p>The fact is much like acknowledging anything really, in a very passive way. Words are grossly inadequate in describing this a sense being. All I can say is it's too HUGE to describe with words but it's something I experience whenever I meditate, or zone out.</p>
<h3><span style="font-size: small;">I'm not safe from daily issues however I'm not impacted to the same degree as before either. I can say that whilst chaos reigns around me I could easily make use of my well of inner peace. It's solved the problem through the many trials and tribulations I call life and I thank my lucky stars which I discovered the benefits of meditation when I did.</span></h3>
<p>Needless to say this meditation practise is available to anyone who's ready to put in the a serious amounts of practise (I had to spend five months to really get going). Once on this journey you'll notice how peaceful, centred and balanced suddenly you become.</p>

<p> Meditation is the stillness of the mind and a reconnection with your inner spirit. It could be a time of reflection, and a period of question and answers, or simple a time of less thoughts to offer you peace.</p>

"We are breathing, we are letting go of these thoughts now." Refocus on the breath coming in through your nose again, if you have become disturbed or distracted.
