Your goal is to cleanse the area of negativity. This is done effectively by changing one color to another. Usually the cleansing color is white, or light blue. Each person may use a different color.

Healing by energy is also done this way. This type of healing is done in zones. Doing it in a meditation is easier when you are healing yourself - you can use a guided meditation for best results. The benefits are tremendous.

While meditation is difficult for some people, it is something that should considered a part of the every day life of the busiest individuals. They will find themselves feeling less stressed, and more capable of handling the constant hustle and bustle. Whether they try energy meditations, or another form, there is nothing to lose from trying to clear up the stress.
