How You Can Use Energy Meditation

Energy can be seen as everything around us. It is everything we see, everything we feel and even everything we dream about. This is why it is most often recognized among world religions that we are spiritually connected to the universe. All you have to do is realize this simple fact which can be done by the use of energy meditation.

If interested, use the following technique to become one with all of this energy and get in touch with your inner psyche in the process. The inner psyche can also be called your imagination or even the core of your existence.

You need to set yourself into a comfortable position and close your eyes. While doing this you need to take some deep breaths for several minutes. Think nothing but positive thoughts while you are doing this to pull up your positive energy. Think about the things you are grateful for and how you are thankful for living.

Imagine that everything that exists is only energy, including the room you are currently in, the floors, food you ate earlier, absolutely everything. All of these things have combined to become one solid energy field of light. It can be a white light or some other color if you wish.

Next, imagine yourself as one with all of that energy. Visualize as much energy as you possibly can and see your body slowly evaporate into the energy field as this formation comes full circle. You should now be feeling an overwhelming sense of peace almost as if your finally have all the answers.

Once you are at this point of complete peacefulness you can begin to imagine all of that energy returning to its former state. This mental process assists in bring your mind back to the conscious world your body is in. Lay still for a few moments afterward with your eyes closed before getting up to fully bring yourself back to this physical world.
